HOTEL RATES
All hotel rates are quoted in Euro per room, per night and
includes breakfast, service charge and VAT.

One night’s cost will be deducted from your credit
card. The balance of hotel payment must reach KONGRESIST 45
days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION
Hotel deposits less processing fee of 10.- Euros will be refunded
provided a written cancellation is received by KONGRESIST
on or before September 10, 2005. Cancellation charges put
forth by the hotel will be applicable after September 10,
2005.
