REGISTRATION FEES

VAT of 18% should be added to the above rates.

Registration fee for delegates and juniors includes the following :
• Participation at the scientific sessions
• Congress kit including Program Book & CD
• Attendance at opening ceremony and reception
• Light lunch box and two coffee breaks per day

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes :
• Attendance at opening ceremony and reception

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE
Payment of registration fees must be made in Euro either by credit card or bank transfer to the following KONGRESIST’s account, the Organizing Secretariat of the Conference. Payment in other currencies will not be accepted.

BANK DETAILS

Registration forms should be submitted to the Organizing Secretariat KONGRESIST Inc. together with a copy of the bank transfer document. Bank charges associated with the transfer of funds should be paid by the participant. Please make sure that your first and last name is indicated on all bank transfers.

Acceptable credit cards are MasterCard and VISA. Please fill in the appropriate space on the registration form, if you prefer to pay with credit card.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Registration fees will be refunded, less 25% administrative fee, for cancellations received by the Secretariat on or before September 30, 2007. Please note all refunds will be made after the Congress. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after Sept. 30, 2007

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Registration will start at the Dedeman Hotel at 15.00 hrs on October 31, 2007 through November 3, 2007. 

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION
If hotel cancellation is made before September 20, 2007 refund of payment received minus €20.- processing fee will be refunded after the Conference.

No shows will not be refunded and the room at the hotel will be cancelled after the first night.
