HOTEL RESERVATION

Rooms have been reserved with special rates between the dates of November 1-4, 2007 at the Dedeman Hotel where the Conference will take place.

Dedeman Hotel is a five star hotel in the city center with easy access to the subway system. Please get your rooms confirmed through Kongresist until September 15, 2007.

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION
If hotel cancellation is made before September 20, 2007 refund of payment received minus €20.- processing fee will be refunded after the Conference.

No shows will not be refunded and the room at the hotel will be cancelled after the first night.
